LDWS is a system of safety assistants designed to minimize traffic accidents. This makes travel safer not only for drivers but also for other road users. LDWS (Lane Departure Warning System) is a mechanism that alerts the driver when they are leaving their lane. However, it is supported by another FCWS (Forward Collision Warning System) assistant, or a safe distance warning. At traffic lights, the system will also inform you that the vehicle in front has begun moving away from you. The feature is ideal when travelling long distances during which drivers often lose concentration. We try to fine-tune everything to aid, and in no way hinder, you. Therefore, the LDWS function will activate when a speed of 50 km/h is reached as long as it is enabled in the camera menu.

Note: The feature is currently in the development phase (beta) and you need to download a new version of the FW marked "L". You can find the firmware on our website at www.truecam.com/firmware

Be sure to follow the firmware update instructions for the update to be successful.
