When changing the language of the voice notifications, it is necessary to keep all parts of the camera connected so that they can communicate with each other. Make sure the camera is connected to the DVR mount, with the GPS module plugged in. Also the power cable must be connected to the DVR mount (not directly to the camera). Now when the message language in the camera is changed, the voice language will automatically change too.
